Disputes & support
Report an issue, understand a decision and keep your account in good standing.
Fees, timeouts and confirmation counts on this page are read from the running platform configuration.
How do I open a dispute?
From the trade room, while the trade is awaiting payment, releasing or refunding. Give a reason and your evidence: text, transaction hashes, a URL. Either party can open one.
While a trade is disputed, the worker starts no new settlement until an admin decision. A release or refund already submitted to the chain cannot be undone by opening a dispute and continues to be tracked.
What pauses during a dispute?
The worker does not initiate a new settlement while a trade is Disputed. A release or refund already submitted to the chain cannot be undone by opening a dispute; the worker continues to track that transaction.
Who decides a dispute, and what can they decide?
A platform admin, based on what both chains show and on the evidence submitted. There are two outcomes: release the escrowed QTC to the buyer’s wallet, or refund it to the seller’s. The decision comes with a written note that both parties can read.
There is no external arbitrator, and the USDC side cannot be reversed by anyone.
What are warnings?
A warning is issued when you make a trade fail — a seller whose wallet no longer holds the QTC at the match, a buyer who does not pay before the deadline — or by an admin after a dispute. The first warning is a notice. The second restricts the account for 7 days: no new offers. The third bans it: no login.
What is maintenance mode?
A switch admins use during upgrades or incidents. New offers and new trades are blocked and the rest of the site is read-only. Maintenance does not cancel trades that are already open.
